Thesis

Any student holding a Master's degree and interested by our research topics is welcome to apply for a PhD position ( PhD studentship eventually available from the Ecole Doctorale de Chimie de Lyon ). Topics are mainly focusing on:

• The interaction of Ubiquitin binding Domains with Ubiquitin and polyubiquitin chains
• Structural and dynamical characterization of monoubiquitination by NMR
• Study of inter-domain dynamics by a combination of NMR, SAXS and ion mobility
