Thesis
Any student holding a Master's degree and interested by our research topics is welcome to apply for a PhD position ( PhD studentship eventually available from the Ecole Doctorale de Chimie de Lyon ). Topics are mainly focusing on:
- The interaction of Ubiquitin binding Domains with Ubiquitin and polyubiquitin chains
- Structural and dynamical characterization of monoubiquitination by NMR
- Study of inter-domain dynamics by a combination of NMR, SAXS and ion mobility
- MSCA - cofund ArchiFun : A thesis proposal is available to be started in October 1st 2024. Applications must be submitted through the ArchiFun website by selecting the UCBL/ED206 Chimie - project #2
Postdoctoral project
The lab offers to host a MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship candidate (typically a post-doc of less than 8 years research experience since PhD defence), applying to the next MSCA-2024 (deadline 11th September 2024). Interested candidates must contact the supervisor to prepare and submit their application.
